While posting about Colombia I noticed that I had not gotten around to posting about what might be my favorite museum. I'll be brief about this most entertaining experience in Phoenix.
The broad range of instruments span the globe and eras. It is interactive in that many instruments are demonstrated through audio and video displays. The museum is arranged by continents and countries within continents. Some displays are based on genres of music and others in celebration of iconic musicians.
We spent more than 3 hours there until closing, and that wasn't enough (I usually "max out" in a museum by then, not that time.)
